Deck & Engine Officers

Maris Recruitment RO Group SRL, serving as the local crewing agent of Oldendorff Carriers, is currently expanding its candidate pool of experienced Deck and Engine Officers for upcoming vacancies across a fleet of bulk carriers.

Due to the shipowner’s fleet restructuring, we are inviting qualified and motivated officers to apply for employment opportunities with a reputable German shipowner during Q1 and Q2 2027.

Fleet Information:
• Vessel types: Handy, Panamax, and Capesize bulk carriers
• Flag: Liberian / Portuguese
• Trading area: Worldwide

Candidate Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competency in accordance with STCW regulations
• Relevant experience in the rank applied for
• Preferably at least 3 completed contracts in the same rank on similar vessel types
• Experience with multinational crews
• Good command of English
• Relevant experience with MAN B&W ME/MC main engines for Engine Officers, where applicable
